### sec.47C Police commissioner to notify of charges
This section applies if—
the commissioner gives the police commissioner the name of a relevant person; and
the police commissioner reasonably suspects a person who is charged with an offence is the relevant person.
The police commissioner must give the commissioner a written notice about the charge.
The notice must state the following—
the name and address of the person charged;
the person’s date of birth;
particulars of the offence the person is charged with;
the date of the charge.
The commissioner may confirm the suspicion of the police commissioner mentioned in subsection (1) (b) .
In this section—
associate , of a holder of an adult entertainment permit, means an individual who—
is a member of the holder’s family; or
has entered into a business arrangement or relationship with the holder for the provision of adult entertainment; or
is the owner or lessor, either alone or jointly, of premises used or proposed to be used for the provision of adult entertainment under the adult entertainment permit; or
if the holder of the adult entertainment permit is an executive officer of a corporation—is another executive officer of the corporation.
relevant person means—
an approved manager; or
an adult entertainment controller; or
an individual who—
is a licensee, permittee or approved operator; or
holds a licence or permit on behalf of an unincorporated association; or
holds an approval mentioned in section 153 (1) or (3) ; or
for a licence or permit held on behalf of a partnership—is a partner in the partnership; or
an executive officer of a corporation or unincorporated association that—
is a licensee, permittee or approved operator; or
holds an approval mentioned in section 153 (1) or (3) ; or
an associate of a holder of an adult entertainment permit.

(sec.47C-ssec.1) This section applies if— the commissioner gives the police commissioner the name of a relevant person; and the police commissioner reasonably suspects a person who is charged with an offence is the relevant person.
(sec.47C-ssec.2) The police commissioner must give the commissioner a written notice about the charge.
(sec.47C-ssec.3) The notice must state the following— the name and address of the person charged; the person’s date of birth; particulars of the offence the person is charged with; the date of the charge.
(sec.47C-ssec.4) The commissioner may confirm the suspicion of the police commissioner mentioned in subsection (1) (b) .

- (a) the commissioner gives the police commissioner the name of a relevant person; and
- (b) the police commissioner reasonably suspects a person who is charged with an offence is the relevant person.
- (a) the name and address of the person charged;
- (b) the person’s date of birth;
- (c) particulars of the offence the person is charged with;
- (d) the date of the charge.
- (a) is a member of the holder’s family; or
- (b) has entered into a business arrangement or relationship with the holder for the provision of adult entertainment; or
- (c) is the owner or lessor, either alone or jointly, of premises used or proposed to be used for the provision of adult entertainment under the adult entertainment permit; or
- (d) if the holder of the adult entertainment permit is an executive officer of a corporation—is another executive officer of the corporation.
- (a) an approved manager; or

- (d) an executive officer of a corporation or unincorporated association that— (i) is a licensee, permittee or approved operator; or (ii) holds an approval mentioned in section 153 (1) or (3) ; or
- (i) is a licensee, permittee or approved operator; or
- (ii) holds an approval mentioned in section 153 (1) or (3) ; or
- (e) an associate of a holder of an adult entertainment permit.
- (i) is a licensee, permittee or approved operator; or
- (ii) holds a licence or permit on behalf of an unincorporated association; or
- (iii) holds an approval mentioned in section 153 (1) or (3) ; or
- (iv) for a licence or permit held on behalf of a partnership—is a partner in the partnership; or
- (i) is a licensee, permittee or approved operator; or
- (ii) holds an approval mentioned in section 153 (1) or (3) ; or
