### sec.274 Provision about current training course certificates For the purposes of this Act, a person is taken to have a current training course certificate from the commencement if the person has a statement of attainment given to the person by a registered training organisation within 3 years before the commencement for successfully completing the unit of competency called THHBFB09B (Provide responsible service of alcohol) from the Hospitality (THH02) training package endorsed by ANTA. However, subsection (1) applies to a particular statement of attainment mentioned in the subsection only for 3 years after it was given to the person.
