### sec.273 Provisional licences continue in force
This section applies to a provisional licence in force immediately before the commencement.
The provisional licence remains in force for the relevant period for the development approval in relation to which the licence was granted.
The provisional licence may be renewed under section 123B(2) of the post-amended Act whether or not it has been renewed under section 123B(2) of the pre-amended Act.
This section applies despite—
section 123B(3); and
a time stated in the provisional licence under section 123(3)(b) of the pre-amended Act.

(sec.273-ssec.1) This section applies to a provisional licence in force immediately before the commencement.
(sec.273-ssec.2) The provisional licence remains in force for the relevant period for the development approval in relation to which the licence was granted.
(sec.273-ssec.3) The provisional licence may be renewed under section 123B(2) of the post-amended Act whether or not it has been renewed under section 123B(2) of the pre-amended Act.
(sec.273-ssec.4) This section applies despite— section 123B(3); and a time stated in the provisional licence under section 123(3)(b) of the pre-amended Act.
