### sec.239 Termination of Court
On completion of all proceedings to which section 238 (1) or 238A applies, the Court ceases to exist.
If the Court has not ceased to exist under subsection (1) by 30 June 2003, it ceases to exist on that day.

(sec.239-ssec.1) On completion of all proceedings to which section 238 (1) or 238A applies, the Court ceases to exist.
