### sec.209 Payment of fees by instalments Subsection (2) applies if the commissioner is satisfied a licensee is unable to pay in full, on the day prescribed under a regulation, the fee payable in relation to a licence because— the business conducted under authority of the licence has been adversely affected by a natural disaster; or the licensee has suffered a personal or financial hardship. Despite section 208 (2) , the commissioner may accept payment of the fee under a schedule of instalments decided by the commissioner.
