### sec.158 False representation of age
A person must not falsely represent himself or herself to have attained 18 years for a wrongful purpose.
Maximum penalty—25 penalty units.
A person must not—
make a false document that could reasonably be taken to be genuine acceptable evidence of age for the purposes of this Act; or
give such a false document to another person;
knowing the document to be false and with intent that the document be used as acceptable evidence of age for the purposes of this Act.
Maximum penalty—
in the case of a minor—25 penalty units; or
in the case of an adult—40 penalty units.
A person must not falsely represent to an entity that the person has reached 18 years to obtain a document that is acceptable evidence of the age of the person.
Maximum penalty—25 penalty units.
In subsection (1) —
wrongful purpose , of a minor, means—
intending to be supplied with liquor; or
entering into premises to which a licence or permit relates.

- (b) give such a false document to another person;
