### sec.157 Prohibitions affecting minors
A minor who is not an exempt minor must not be on premises to which a licence or permit relates.
Maximum penalty—25 penalty units.
A minor must not, on premises to which a licence or permit relates or in a public place—
consume liquor; or
be in possession of liquor.
Maximum penalty—25 penalty units.
Subsection (2) does not apply to a minor in a public place, designated under section 173C , if the minor is accompanied by a responsible adult who is responsibly supervising the minor.
Subsection (2) (b) does not apply to a minor who is on the premises for a purpose mentioned in section 155 (4) (b) if the minor is in possession of liquor in the course of performing the duties mentioned in the paragraph.
