### sec.155AE Copies of certificates must be available at premises The licensee or permittee must— keep at the premises copies of the current licensee’s course certificates held by each approved manager employed by the licensee or permittee; and if requested by an investigator at the premises—make the copies available for inspection by the investigator. Maximum penalty—100 penalty units. s 155AE ins 2008 No. 48 s 55 sub 2013 No. 25 s 153 amd 2013 No. 62 s 43 - (a) keep at the premises copies of the current licensee’s course certificates held by each approved manager employed by the licensee or permittee; and - (b) if requested by an investigator at the premises—make the copies available for inspection by the investigator.
