### sec.147 Consumption or removal contrary to licence or permit
In this section—
persons does not include residents on the relevant licensed premises or their guests.
A licensee or permittee, or an employee or agent of the licensee or permittee, must not permit or allow liquor—
to be consumed on the licensed premises at any time other than a time when liquor may be sold to, or consumed by, persons on the licensed premises under authority of the licence or permit; or
to be removed from the licensed premises at any time other than a time when liquor may be removed by persons from the licensed premises under this Act.
Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
