### sec.146 Supply contrary to licence or permit
A licensee or permittee, or an employee or agent of a licensee or permittee, must not supply liquor—
at an unauthorised time; or
in an unauthorised quantity; or
in an unauthorised way; or
for an unauthorised purpose.
Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
In subsection (1) —
supply includes sell.
unauthorised means not authorised by the licence or permit.
