### sec.142V Deciding application
The commissioner must consider the application and either renew, or refuse to renew, the approval as soon as practicable after the last of the following events happens—
the commissioner receives the application;
the commissioner receives all necessary information to decide the application.
In deciding whether to grant the application, the commissioner may have regard to the matters to which the commissioner may have regard, under section 142R (3) , in deciding whether a proposed holder of an approval as an approved manager is a suitable person to hold the approval.
