### sec.142U Applying for renewal A person may apply to the commissioner for renewal of the person’s approval as an approved manager. The application may only be made at least 2 months, but not more than 4 months, before the last day of the period of the approval. The application must— be in the approved form; and be accompanied by the fee prescribed under a regulation. The applicant also must provide any other relevant information reasonably required by the commissioner to decide the application. s 142U ins 2008 No. 48 s 52 amd 2012 No. 25 s 144 (1) (sec.142U-ssec.1) A person may apply to the commissioner for renewal of the person’s approval as an approved manager.
