### sec.142T Refusal to grant application
If the commissioner decides to refuse to grant the application, the commissioner must as soon as practicable give the applicant written notice of the decision.
The written notice must comply with the tribunal Act , section 157 (2) .

(sec.142T-ssec.1) If the commissioner decides to refuse to grant the application, the commissioner must as soon as practicable give the applicant written notice of the decision.
