### sec.142S Grant of application If the commissioner decides to grant the application, the commissioner must as soon as practicable give the applicant written notice of the decision. An approval for an approved manager remains in force, unless sooner cancelled, for the period of 5 years after the grant of the application for the approval. s 142S ins 2008 No. 48 s 52 amd 2012 No. 25 s 144 (1) (sec.142S-ssec.1) If the commissioner decides to grant the application, the commissioner must as soon as practicable give the applicant written notice of the decision.
