### sec.137D Amount payable as a debt due to the State
This section applies if the commissioner decides to take disciplinary action relating to a licence and the action requires the licensee to pay an amount to the department.
Any amount unpaid becomes a debt due and payable to the State 28 days after the day notice of the decision is given to the licensee under section 137B .
