### sec.137CB Immediate suspension of car park approval This section applies if the commissioner believes on reasonable grounds a ground mentioned in section 136 (1) (a) (iv) exists for taking disciplinary action in relation to a licence. The commissioner may immediately suspend the car park approval by giving the licensee a written notice that— states the car park approval is suspended; and complies with section 157 (2) of the tribunal Act . The suspension takes effect immediately after the notice is given to the licensee. At the same time the commissioner gives the licensee the notice, the commissioner must give the licensee a notice under section 137 (1) .
