### sec.103H Grant of permit for Good Friday, Christmas Day or Anzac Day
The commissioner must not grant an extended hours permit that would purport to authorise the sale of liquor at any time on Good Friday, Christmas Day or Anzac Day, otherwise than as prescribed by section 9 .
However, the commissioner may grant an extended hours permit to authorise a licensee to sell liquor between 5a.m. and 1p.m. on Anzac Day if—
the commissioner is satisfied the licensee has entered into an agreement with an RSL or Services Club to sell liquor under the permit at an Anzac Day event for the club; and
the permit authorises the sale of liquor only at the event.

(sec.103H-ssec.1) The commissioner must not grant an extended hours permit that would purport to authorise the sale of liquor at any time on Good Friday, Christmas Day or Anzac Day, otherwise than as prescribed by section 9 .
(sec.103H-ssec.2) However, the commissioner may grant an extended hours permit to authorise a licensee to sell liquor between 5a.m. and 1p.m. on Anzac Day if— the commissioner is satisfied the licensee has entered into an agreement with an RSL or Services Club to sell liquor under the permit at an Anzac Day event for the club; and the permit authorises the sale of liquor only at the event.
- (a) the commissioner is satisfied the licensee has entered into an agreement with an RSL or Services Club to sell liquor under the permit at an Anzac Day event for the club; and
- (b) the permit authorises the sale of liquor only at the event.
