### sec.103G Authority of extended hours permit
An extended hours permit authorises the licensee who is the holder of the permit to sell liquor on a particular day under authority of the licence that relates to the licensed premises for which the permit is granted subject to this Act.
The permit authorises the sale of liquor—
during a stated time on a stated day; and
in the licensed premises or a stated part of the licensed premises; and
subject to any stated conditions.

(sec.103G-ssec.1) An extended hours permit authorises the licensee who is the holder of the permit to sell liquor on a particular day under authority of the licence that relates to the licensed premises for which the permit is granted subject to this Act.
(sec.103G-ssec.2) The permit authorises the sale of liquor— during a stated time on a stated day; and in the licensed premises or a stated part of the licensed premises; and subject to any stated conditions.
