### sec.103D Restriction on grant of community liquor permit The commissioner must not grant a community liquor permit— for licensed premises; or if the commissioner considers that the supply of liquor proposed to be provided under authority of the permit would more appropriately be provided under authority of a licence. The commissioner may grant a community liquor permit only to— a non-proprietary club; or another entity, if the commissioner is satisfied all the net proceeds from the sale of liquor under the permit will be used for the benefit of the community.
