### sec.103C Authority of community liquor permit
Subject to this Act, a community liquor permit authorises the permittee to sell liquor—
at the event or occasion; and
at the times on the day or days; and
subject to the conditions;
stated in the permit.
Authority of a community liquor permit extends to sale of liquor—
for consumption at the event or occasion stated in the permit; and
for removal from the venue of the event or occasion, and subsequent consumption, if stated in the permit.

(sec.103C-ssec.1) Subject to this Act, a community liquor permit authorises the permittee to sell liquor— at the event or occasion; and at the times on the day or days; and subject to the conditions; stated in the permit.
