165B Conduct capable of constituting unsatisfactory professional conduct or professional misconduct
> > (1) Without limitation, conduct of a lawyer involving contravention of the local regulations, the [Claim Farming Practices Prohibition Act 2025](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2025-019), Part 2 or the costs assessment rules is capable of constituting unsatisfactory professional conduct or professional misconduct, whether or not the lawyer has been convicted of an offence in relation to the contravention.
