### sec.763 Continuing application of Trust Accounts Act, s 19 This section applies if— a person ceased to carry on practice or business or to act as a trustee before the commencement day; and immediately before the commencement day, the person or the person’s personal representative has not complied with a requirement under the Trust Accounts Act, section 19. The Trust Accounts Act, section 19, continues to apply to the person or the person’s personal representative in relation to ceasing to carry on practice or business or acting as a trustee. (sec.763-ssec.1) This section applies if— a person ceased to carry on practice or business or to act as a trustee before the commencement day; and immediately before the commencement day, the person or the person’s personal representative has not complied with a requirement under the Trust Accounts Act, section 19. (sec.763-ssec.2) The Trust Accounts Act, section 19, continues to apply to the person or the person’s personal representative in relation to ceasing to carry on practice or business or acting as a trustee. - (a) a person ceased to carry on practice or business or to act as a trustee before the commencement day; and - (b) immediately before the commencement day, the person or the person’s personal representative has not complied with a requirement under the Trust Accounts Act, section 19.
