### sec.762 Continuing application of Trust Accounts Act, s 17
The Trust Accounts Act, section 17, as in force immediately before the commencement day continues to apply to a trustee’s auditor in relation to the performance of the auditor’s duties as auditor under the Trust Accounts Act, whether before or after the commencement day, for the trustee.
