### sec.720 Terminology in things mentioned in s 718(1)
This section applies to a document that is—
any of the things mentioned in section 718(1), including, for example, an authorised action or document; or
evidence of any of the things.
A reference in the document to the thing is to be read, if the context permits and with the necessary changes to terminology, as if the thing were done, made or kept under this Act.
A recommendation of the board that a person be admitted under the Legal Profession Act 2004 as a legal practitioner is to be read as if the recommendation were that the person be admitted to the legal profession under this Act.
(sec.720-ssec.1) This section applies to a document that is— any of the things mentioned in section 718(1), including, for example, an authorised action or document; or evidence of any of the things.
(sec.720-ssec.2) A reference in the document to the thing is to be read, if the context permits and with the necessary changes to terminology, as if the thing were done, made or kept under this Act. A recommendation of the board that a person be admitted under the Legal Profession Act 2004 as a legal practitioner is to be read as if the recommendation were that the person be admitted to the legal profession under this Act.
- (a) any of the things mentioned in section 718(1), including, for example, an authorised action or document; or
- (b) evidence of any of the things.
