### sec.680 Functions of the law society The law society’s functions are— to perform the functions conferred on the law society under this Act; and to manage the affairs, income and property of the law society for the purposes and benefit of the law society; and to perform other functions given to the law society under another Act. - (a) to perform the functions conferred on the law society under this Act; and - (b) to manage the affairs, income and property of the law society for the purposes and benefit of the law society; and - (c) to perform other functions given to the law society under another Act.
