### sec.645 Procedure for hearing by committee
When conducting a hearing, the committee—
must comply with natural justice; and
must act as quickly, and with as little formality and technicality, as is consistent with a fair and proper consideration of the issues before it; and
is not bound by the rules of evidence; and
may inform itself of anything in the way it considers appropriate.
Subsection (1) is subject to another provision of this Act that states a particular way the committee must conduct the hearing.
