### sec.481 Sharing of information with corresponding authorities
This section applies to each of the following entities—
the commissioner;
the law society;
the bar association.
Each entity may, either separately or jointly with another entity or entities, enter into arrangements with a corresponding authority for providing information to the corresponding authority about—
complaints and investigations under this chapter; and
any action taken in relation to complaints made or investigations conducted under this chapter, including decisions of a disciplinary body under this chapter.
The arrangement must include the following—
the purposes for which the corresponding authority is given the information;
how the corresponding authority will protect the privacy of the information.
(sec.481-ssec.1) This section applies to each of the following entities— the commissioner; the law society; the bar association.
(sec.481-ssec.2) Each entity may, either separately or jointly with another entity or entities, enter into arrangements with a corresponding authority for providing information to the corresponding authority about— complaints and investigations under this chapter; and any action taken in relation to complaints made or investigations conducted under this chapter, including decisions of a disciplinary body under this chapter.
