### sec.440 Definition for pt 4.5 In this part— consumer dispute means a dispute between a person and a law practice about conduct of— an Australian legal practitioner to the extent the commissioner considers that the dispute does not involve an issue of unsatisfactory professional conduct or professional misconduct; or a law practice employee of a relevant practice to the extent the commissioner considers that the dispute does not involve an issue of misconduct in relation to the relevant practice. - (a) an Australian legal practitioner to the extent the commissioner considers that the dispute does not involve an issue of unsatisfactory professional conduct or professional misconduct; or - (b) a law practice employee of a relevant practice to the extent the commissioner considers that the dispute does not involve an issue of misconduct in relation to the relevant practice.
