### sec.363 Moneys payable into fidelity fund
The fidelity fund consists of the following—
all amounts paid to or on account of the fund by Australian legal practitioners under this Act as contributions or levies;
the interest accruing from the investment of the amount of all or part of the fund under the Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements Act 1982 ;
all amounts given or advanced to the fund by the law society under section 370 ;
all amounts properly payable to the fund and recovered for the law society in the exercise of any right of action conferred under this Act;
all other amounts that may be lawfully paid into the fund.
- (a) all amounts paid to or on account of the fund by Australian legal practitioners under this Act as contributions or levies;
- (b) the interest accruing from the investment of the amount of all or part of the fund under the Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements Act 1982 ;
- (c) all amounts given or advanced to the fund by the law society under section 370 ;
- (d) all amounts properly payable to the fund and recovered for the law society in the exercise of any right of action conferred under this Act;
- (e) all other amounts that may be lawfully paid into the fund.
