### sec.362 Fund to be kept in separate account All moneys constituting the fund, pending the investment or application of that money under this Act or another Act, must continue to be kept in, or paid or transferred into, an ADI to the credit of a separate account to be called ‘The Legal Practitioners’ Fidelity Guarantee Fund Account’.
