### sec.215 Refund of fees A regulation may provide for the refund of a portion of a fee paid in relation to registration as a foreign lawyer if the registration is suspended or cancelled during its currency. Without limiting subsection (1) , a regulation may state— the circumstances in which a refund is to be made; and the amount of the refund or the way in which the amount of the refund is to be decided. (sec.215-ssec.1) A regulation may provide for the refund of a portion of a fee paid in relation to registration as a foreign lawyer if the registration is suspended or cancelled during its currency. (sec.215-ssec.2) Without limiting subsection (1) , a regulation may state— the circumstances in which a refund is to be made; and the amount of the refund or the way in which the amount of the refund is to be decided. - (a) the circumstances in which a refund is to be made; and - (b) the amount of the refund or the way in which the amount of the refund is to be decided.
