### sec.14 Jurisdiction of Supreme Court
The Supreme Court must hear and decide each application and appeal made to it under this Act and may make the order it considers appropriate for the application or appeal.
Subsection (1) is subject to a provision that states the orders that may be made by the court on an application or appeal.
This section does not limit section 13 .
An Australian lawyer is entitled to appear before and be heard by the Supreme Court at a hearing about an application or appeal as mentioned in subsection (1) that is made in relation to the lawyer under this Act.
