### sec.13 Inherent jurisdiction of Supreme Court
The inherent jurisdiction and power of the Supreme Court in relation to the control and discipline of local lawyers and local legal practitioners is not affected by anything in this Act.
The inherent jurisdiction and power—
extends to an interstate legal practitioner as mentioned in section 78 ; and
may be exercised by making—
any order the committee may make under this Act; or
any order or direction the tribunal may make under this Act or the QCAT Act .

(sec.13-ssec.1) The inherent jurisdiction and power of the Supreme Court in relation to the control and discipline of local lawyers and local legal practitioners is not affected by anything in this Act.
(sec.13-ssec.2) The inherent jurisdiction and power— extends to an interstate legal practitioner as mentioned in section 78 ; and may be exercised by making— any order the committee may make under this Act; or any order or direction the tribunal may make under this Act or the QCAT Act .
