### sec.188 Deciding application
The valuer-general must consider and decide whether or not to grant the application.
The valuer-general must grant the application if satisfied that, without a suppression direction, any of the following would be at risk—
the personal safety of the applicant or someone else mentioned in the application;
the property of the applicant or someone else mentioned in the application.
(sec.188-ssec.1) The valuer-general must consider and decide whether or not to grant the application.
(sec.188-ssec.2) The valuer-general must grant the application if satisfied that, without a suppression direction, any of the following would be at risk— the personal safety of the applicant or someone else mentioned in the application; the property of the applicant or someone else mentioned in the application.
- (a) the personal safety of the applicant or someone else mentioned in the application;
- (b) the property of the applicant or someone else mentioned in the application.
