### sec.187 Requirements for application
The application must—
be made in the approved form; and
state each parcel that is the subject of the application; and
be supported by a statutory declaration by the applicant stating the reasons for the application.
The applicant must also give the valuer-general all the cooperation, information and help reasonably necessary for the valuer-general to consider the application.
