### sec.97B Requirements of instrument of covenant An instrument of covenant must— be validly executed; and include a description sufficient to identify the land to be the subject of the covenant; and include a description of the covenant. Subsection (1) does not limit the matters that the appropriate form for an instrument of covenant may require to be included in the form. s 97B ins 1997 No. 28 s 295 sch 3 (sec.97B-ssec.1) An instrument of covenant must— be validly executed; and include a description sufficient to identify the land to be the subject of the covenant; and include a description of the covenant.
