### sec.54D Registration of building management statement
When registering a building management statement, the registrar must record a reference to the statement on the indefeasible title for each lot to which the statement relates.
However the registrar is not obliged to examine, but may examine, a building management statement for its validity, including, in particular, its consistency with any plan of subdivision, or its compliance with the requirements for a building management statement.
A registered building management statement binds the successors in title to the registered owner of each lot to which the statement applies.

(sec.54D-ssec.1) When registering a building management statement, the registrar must record a reference to the statement on the indefeasible title for each lot to which the statement relates.
