### sec.36 Evidentiary effect of certified copies of documents A document purporting to be a certified copy of the indefeasible title of a lot obtained under section 35 (1) (b) is evidence of the indefeasible title. A document purporting to be a certified copy of a registered instrument obtained under section 35 (1) (b) is evidence of the registered instrument. s 36 amd 2001 No. 57 s 7 (sec.36-ssec.1) A document purporting to be a certified copy of the indefeasible title of a lot obtained under section 35 (1) (b) is evidence of the indefeasible title.
