### sec.38 Application of new pt 2 if existing decision about exemption New part 2 does not apply to the sale of a proposed lot forming part of the reconfiguration of land into not more than 5 lots even if the chief executive— refused to grant an exemption for the reconfiguration under old section 19; or granted an exemption under old section 19 for the reconfiguration subject to conditions. In this section— reconfiguration , in relation to land, means reconfiguration by subdivision or amalgamation. s 38 ins 2014 No. 46 s 54 (sec.38-ssec.1) New part 2 does not apply to the sale of a proposed lot forming part of the reconfiguration of land into not more than 5 lots even if the chief executive— refused to grant an exemption for the reconfiguration under old section 19; or granted an exemption under old section 19 for the reconfiguration subject to conditions.
