### sec.37 Undecided applications under old s 19 Except to the extent provided under subsection (3), an application under old section 19 that has not been decided at the commencement lapses at the commencement. Subsection (3) applies if, at the commencement— a contract is conditional on an application being granted under old section 19(2); and the application has not been decided.
