### sec.82 Entitlements of members continue
From the commencement of section 4, a member who was a member of the Land Court immediately before the commencement remains entitled to all rights accrued or accruing to the member under the member’s appointment.
If a member who was a member of the Land Court immediately before the commencement had been a temporary member, the member’s period of service as a temporary member is counted to calculate the member’s length of service as a member for the purposes of sections 39 and 40.
(sec.82-ssec.1) From the commencement of section 4, a member who was a member of the Land Court immediately before the commencement remains entitled to all rights accrued or accruing to the member under the member’s appointment.
(sec.82-ssec.2) If a member who was a member of the Land Court immediately before the commencement had been a temporary member, the member’s period of service as a temporary member is counted to calculate the member’s length of service as a member for the purposes of sections 39 and 40.
