### sec.81 Appointments of members continue This section applies on the commencement of section 4. The members who constituted the Land Court immediately before the commencement, continue to constitute the court. The member who was president of the court immediately before the commencement continues as president. Each member, including the president, continues in office until the member’s term of appointment ends. (sec.81-ssec.1) This section applies on the commencement of section 4.
