### sec.75 When leave to appeal must be sought and appeal made
A party intending to seek leave of the Court of Appeal to appeal against a decision of the Land Appeal Court must, within 42 days after the order containing the decision is made by the Land Appeal Court, apply to the Court of Appeal for leave to appeal against the decision.
If the Court of Appeal grants leave, notice of appeal against the decision must, within 42 days after the Court of Appeal grants leave to appeal, be served on—
all other parties to the appeal; and
the registrar of the Land Appeal Court.

(sec.75-ssec.1) A party intending to seek leave of the Court of Appeal to appeal against a decision of the Land Appeal Court must, within 42 days after the order containing the decision is made by the Land Appeal Court, apply to the Court of Appeal for leave to appeal against the decision.
(sec.75-ssec.2) If the Court of Appeal grants leave, notice of appeal against the decision must, within 42 days after the Court of Appeal grants leave to appeal, be served on— all other parties to the appeal; and the registrar of the Land Appeal Court.
