### sec.74 Who may appeal to Court of Appeal
A party to a proceeding in the Land Appeal Court may appeal a decision of the Land Appeal Court to the Court of Appeal on the ground—
of error or mistake in law on the part of the Land Appeal Court; or
that the Land Appeal Court had no jurisdiction to make the decision; or
that the Land Appeal Court exceeded its jurisdiction in making the decision.
However, the party may appeal only with the leave of the Court of Appeal or a judge of appeal.
(sec.74-ssec.1) A party to a proceeding in the Land Appeal Court may appeal a decision of the Land Appeal Court to the Court of Appeal on the ground— of error or mistake in law on the part of the Land Appeal Court; or that the Land Appeal Court had no jurisdiction to make the decision; or that the Land Appeal Court exceeded its jurisdiction in making the decision.
