### sec.70 What happens if member of Land Appeal Court dies or is incapacitated
This section applies if, after starting a proceeding, 1 of the members of the Land Appeal Court hearing the proceeding dies or becomes incapable of continuing with the proceeding.
The 2 remaining members may, with the consent of the parties, complete hearing and deciding the proceeding.
Any question in the proceeding is to be decided in the same way, and the judgment of the Land Appeal Court constituted under this section has the same force and effect as if all 3 members had decided the proceeding.
(sec.70-ssec.1) This section applies if, after starting a proceeding, 1 of the members of the Land Appeal Court hearing the proceeding dies or becomes incapable of continuing with the proceeding.
(sec.70-ssec.2) The 2 remaining members may, with the consent of the parties, complete hearing and deciding the proceeding.
(sec.70-ssec.3) Any question in the proceeding is to be decided in the same way, and the judgment of the Land Appeal Court constituted under this section has the same force and effect as if all 3 members had decided the proceeding.
