### sec.48 Registrar, deputy registrars and other officers There is to be a registrar of the Land Court. Deputy registrars and other officers necessary for the proper administration of the Act may also be appointed. The registrar, deputy registrars and other officers are to be employed under the Public Sector Act 2022 . s 48 amd 2009 No. 25 s 83 sch ; 2013 No. 35 s 114 ; 2022 No. 34 s 365 sch 3 (sec.48-ssec.1) There is to be a registrar of the Land Court.
