### sec.32F Jurisdiction for registered indigenous land use agreements This section applies if— there is a registered indigenous land use agreement under the Commonwealth Native Title Act ; and the State is a party to the agreement; and the agreement provides for a matter arising under the agreement to be referred to the LRT or the Land Court for— mediation of the matter; or the making of a recommendation about the matter; or the making of a decision about the matter. The Land Court has jurisdiction— if subsection (1) (c) (i) applies—to mediate the matter under section 27C ; or if subsection (1) (c) (ii) applies—to make a recommendation about the matter; or if subsection (1) (c) (iii) applies—to make a decision about the matter. s 32F ins 2007 No. 39 s 23 amd 2020 No. 15 ss 96 , 122 (sec.32F-ssec.1) This section applies if— there is a registered indigenous land use agreement under the Commonwealth Native Title Act ; and the State is a party to the agreement; and the agreement provides for a matter arising under the agreement to be referred to the LRT or the Land Court for— mediation of the matter; or the making of a recommendation about the matter; or the making of a decision about the matter.
