### sec.32E Jurisdiction under Commonwealth Native Title Act This section applies if, under the Commonwealth Native Title Act — a claimant or body corporate objects to the doing of an act; and the State is required to ensure that the objection to the doing of the act is heard by an independent person or body. The Land Court has jurisdiction to hear the objection. s 32E ins 2007 No. 39 s 23 amd 2020 No. 15 s 95 (sec.32E-ssec.1) This section applies if, under the Commonwealth Native Title Act — a claimant or body corporate objects to the doing of an act; and the State is required to ensure that the objection to the doing of the act is heard by an independent person or body.
