### sec.32E Jurisdiction under Commonwealth Native Title Act
This section applies if, under the Commonwealth Native Title Act —
a claimant or body corporate objects to the doing of an act; and
the State is required to ensure that the objection to the doing of the act is heard by an independent person or body.
The Land Court has jurisdiction to hear the objection.

(sec.32E-ssec.1) This section applies if, under the Commonwealth Native Title Act — a claimant or body corporate objects to the doing of an act; and the State is required to ensure that the objection to the doing of the act is heard by an independent person or body.
(sec.32E-ssec.2) The Land Court has jurisdiction to hear the objection.
- (a) a claimant or body corporate objects to the doing of an act; and
- (b) the State is required to ensure that the objection to the doing of the act is heard by an independent person or body.
