### sec.17A Powers and responsibilities of president
The president is responsible for the administration of the Land Court and for ensuring the orderly and expeditious exercise of the jurisdiction and powers of the Land Court.
The president has power to do things necessary or convenient to be done for the administration of the Land Court and for ensuring the orderly and expeditious exercise of the jurisdiction and powers of the Land Court.
