### sec.101 Proceedings and declarations under former s 33 A proceeding started under former section 33 before the commencement may continue to be heard and decided by the Land Court under new section 12A. A declaration made under former section 33 that was in effect immediately before the commencement is taken to be a declaration made under new section 12A. s 101 ins 2020 No. 15 s 133 (sec.101-ssec.1) A proceeding started under former section 33 before the commencement may continue to be heard and decided by the Land Court under new section 12A.
